This my first Litestep theme, and I noticed that I stopped changing it. I think it's perfect for my purposes, so maybe you'll like it too. It's OTS compliant. The whole interface sits in the titlebar and can be minimized with a click, winamp and vwm are collapsable, clock and bar are always on top, but havn't gotten in the way of anything for me. I've included the background picture that I based this theme's colors off of, but the colors shouldn't clash with most backgrounds. I hope you enjoy.
