Tarragon VS. Updated 26Feb2008. Fixed a few problems, and cleaned up most of the graphics. Zip file contains both the updated version and the original version. Screenshot shows the old version. The wallpaper is 'Autumn Bird Rising' by radnor, included with permission. Rainlendar and Rothwell Rainmeter clock shown in the screenshot, not included in the zip. Thank you.
