Logika_neo_Logon_FR Logons (XP)

Just to complete the Logika suite, here's a Logika Logon (french version) to match with Logika Windowblinds's skin and suite done years ago by treetog ( [LINK] ) for PiXtudio ( [LINK] )
I Just updated the first version done by treetog on 1/5/2002 which was for an *old* version of LogonStudio ==> [LINK]

This new version is OK for any screen resolution even in safe mode.
